Dolly's Blankie & Pillow Set

       Dolly's Blankie and Pillow Set was originally designed expecially for Taylor, the daughter of a friend. Taylor wanted a nice bed for her 15" dolly. Santa brought a beautiful wooden bed with roses painted on it, and Taylor's mom asked if I could make a blanket to match. Inset photo is of Taylor's Dolly sleeping warm and cozy with her new blankie.

       This set includes patterns for the rose Blankie and Pillows only. The afghan measures about 15.5" x 20," and is worked in a superfine pompadour yarn, such as Caron Cuddle Soft. A "fine" baby yarn, such as Red Heart Soft Baby Yarn, Lion Brand Jamie yarn, and TLC Baby would also work well, as long as you pay attention to the gauge.
