Whole book seriously bend as if it had been sat on (or carried in bag with work- in- progress). Aside from that, very good condition.

Coats & Clark's Book No. 107: Ruffled Doilies, Coats & Clark's, 1959. Digest-size book containing 11 lacy doilies with ruffled edges. I still remember how much my mom enjoyed making these -- and disliked starching them! Good used condition -- name on cover, some row numbers underlined on one pattern.

Coats & Clark's Book No. 111: Pricilla Doilies to Crochet, Knit, and Tat, Coats & Clark's, 1959. Digest-size book containing: TAT Flower Frost, Christmas Star; KNIT Kaleidoscope, Feather Fan; CROCHET Magnolia Blossom, Heather Hill, Thistledown, Queen Anne's Lace, Daisy Dell, Crocus Cluster, Monkey Lace, Flowing Fountain. Very well-loved pattern book -- cover torn completely up spine (both front and back are here, but detached from book), notes on several patterns.

Some staining on back cover (looks like ink transfer from another pattern book cover), but otherwise very good vintage condition.

Booklet is pretty battered -- heavy cover wear, cover split all the way down the spine, taped, and completely detached, rest of book held together with just center staple. Everything is here and readable, though, and there are some outstanding designs. May also have slight musty smell.

Coats & Clark's Book No. 201: Doilies, The Spool Cotton Company, 1943. Approx. 15 crocheted designs and one knit for doilies of all shapes and sizes,. Book definitely shows its age and wear; SERIOUS CONDIITON PROBLEMS include serious cover & page wear, hole punches that do not affect instructions, notes on some patterns to keep track of rows, book has been folded lengthwise down center. All instructions present and clear (though the print is really small); some gorgeous designs here.

J & P Coats Book No. 217: Old and New Favorites: Doilies, J & P Coats, 1944. Featuring doilies, place mats, table runners, tray mats, coasters, and sets. Two holes punched through book near spine, probably for a binder, and some notes written in margins.

Coats & Clark's Book No. 235: Doilies, The Spool Cotton Company, 1947. Approx. 14 crocheted designs. Some cover & edge wear, but overall very good condtion.

J & P Coats Book No. 252: Pineapple Pageant, J & P Coats Book No. 252, 1948. Featuring plain and Ruffled doilies (this book reminds me of how much my mother enjoyed crocheting these, but hated starching and blocking them!) Shows its age, but everything here and readable.

Coats & Clark's Book No. 253: Ruffled Doilies, The Spool Cotton Company, 1949. About a dozen designs in a variety of shapes and sizes. Heavy overall wear, two holes punched in outer margins for storage in notebook.

Coats & Clark's Book No. 258: Floral Doilies, The Spool Cotton Company, 1949. Designs that can be used as either doilies or placemants include: Daffodil, White Daisy, Forget- Me- Not, Pink Clover, Black Eyed Susan, Apple Blossom, Pansy (Luncheon Set), Blue Aster, Blue Bell, Wild Rose, and Daisy Luncheon Set. Some age wear, but good overall condition.

Also includes placemats and doilies with fruit edgings: Grapes, Strawberry, Lemon, Cherry, Pear, Oranbe, Apple, and Watermelon! Book may be somewhat wrinkled, but overall good condition.

Designs include gorgeous doilies. ruffled doilies, tablecloth, and luncheon sets with roses, ranunculus, carnation, anemone, daffodil, daisy, cornflower, dogwood, larkspur, hollyhock, and Desert Rose motifs. Definitely shows its age -- cover torn almost all the way up spine, some light stains, general wear. All patterns intact and readable.

Lily Design Book No. 60: Table Doilies, Lily Mills Co., 1951 . Designs include placemats, runners, doilies, and appliques, edgings, and insertions. All pages loose from staples, some ripped the entire way up the spine. Pages themselves are yellowed but in good condition, and all are here -- just loose!

Lily Design Book No. 67: Doilies, designed by Esther Parnell Hewlett, Lily Mills Co., nd (probably early 1950's) . Designs include Crochted Cluny Buffet Set, Zinnia Centerpiece, Ruffled Hexagon Centerpiece, Rose Fiet centerpiece, Filet Centerpiece, Evening Star Place Mat, Cherry Roll and Garden Party Patio Doilies, Forget- Me - Not Swirl Doily.
