Incredible pieces including Bridal Camisole, Night Gown yoke, corset covers, and intricate filet and motif collars. Some appear to be worked from photographs -- all have VERY fine print! Book shows its age and may be somewhat fragile -- may also have been stored where it is damp.

Crochet Designs By Ann Orr Book No. 43: Bedspreads and Luncheon Sets, designed by Anne Orr, Anne Orr Studio, nd (my guess would be early '40's). Some outstanding designs, but book has seen better days -- SERIOUS CONDIITON PROBLEMS including name crossed off on cover, page wear, cover spine ripped up and down to staples. Book looks like it got wet at one point and first two pages stuck together -- printing is somewhat obscured, but an experienced crocheter can figure it out.

Bucilla Cotton Crochet Creations Vol. 117: Bedspreads, Banquet Cloths, Scarfs, Chair Sets, & Pillows, Bernhard Ulmann Co. Inc., 1937. Intricate and beautiful designs. Book has former owner's name and date on cover, but overall, book is in very good condition for its age!

Hand Crochet by Royal Society, Book No. 3: Laces and Doilies, Royal Society, Inc., 1943. KNIT and CROCHET edgings for linens, towels, tablecloths, & shelves; doilies, runners, etc. Edges of cover are worn, but pages are in very good condition.

Lily Crochet Design Book No. 56: Sunbonnet Lil, Lily Mills Co., 1950. Rug, Pillow Cases, Bath Sets (one with butterflies and one with Scotties), Table Doily, Buffet Scarf, and Apron. Cover torn up and down about 1 inch at spine, page yellowing, but overall good condition for its age.

Lily Crochet Design Book No. 70: Doilies & Edgings to Tat & Crochet, designed by Esther Parnell Hewlett, Lily Mills Co., 1953. Place mats, lingerie edgings, pillow case edgings, handkerchief edgings, doilies, etc. in Crochet, Tatting, and Crochet Tatting. Good used condition -- shows some page and edge wear, and small spots on some pages.

Lily Crochet Design Book No. 71: Roses in Crochet, designed by Esther Parnell Hewlett, Lily Mills Co., undated, but I'd guess ca 1953. There are some gorgeous designs here in various techniques (not just the filet shown) for doilies, buffet sets, centerpieces, placemats, and "hot dish mats." Age wear to cover, spine is fragile with small splits, small ink stain on back, and one of center staples missing. All patterns intact and readable, with outstanding color photography.

Very good vintage condition.
